Ordering

Once you have placed an order through the www.peoplelikeusactive.co.nz (Website) and made payment you are unable to cancel your order unless we agree.  So, in the event you make a mistake with your order, you need to call us a soon as possible following placing your order and, subject to the nature of the mistake, we will try and rectify it with you (however are not bound to do so).

 

Delivery

We send all items ordered through the Website or by phone within NZ by Courier Post or internationally by NZ Post International Courier.

Consignments are generally traceable and we endeavour to ensure delivery to you within New Zealand of 2-5 working days, Australia within 5-7 working days and any other international destinations within 10-20 working days (subject to local postage speeds at destination).

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order does not arrive in the timeframes outlined above, you need to email us at customerservice@peoplelikeusactive.co.nz or phone/text us on 0224301372 so that we can trace your consignment.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please also contact us as above as soon as possible (but in any case within 5 working days) following receipt so that we can try and resolve any issue with you.

 

Returns and EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your order for any reason following receipt, you are able to return your order to us and either receive a credit for the purchase price of your returned goods or otherwise exchange the goods for an alternative subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. Credit is valid for three months from issue date and can be used online or in-store.

Sale items cannot be returned or credited so please choose carefully.

In store returns and exchanges

Purchasers may be returned to any of our stores .

You can exchange for any item(s) provided that the Item(s) must:

  • be accompanied by the relevant sales receipt and paperwork;
  • be undamaged, in saleable condition with swing tags attached and any hygiene stickers in place; and
  • be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Returns and exchanges by courier

You can exchange any item(s) but post or courier by emailing us first at customerservice@peoplelikeusactive.co.nz to let us know about the item(s) you intend to return.  You will then need to make a second purchase through the Website as we do not hold items for exchange.  You will then need to ensure that any returned item(s) is:

  • accompanied by the relevant sales receipt and paperwork;
  • undamaged, in saleable condition with swing tags attached and any hygiene stickers in place;
  • returned within 7 days of purchase; and
  • is returned to People Like Us, Orakei Bay Village, 228 Orakei Road, Auckland, New Zealand.

All cost of returns are at your own expense except where your item is faulty in which case we will refund the reasonable costs of postage to you.

You are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of item(s) to us  and we are not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us.  As a result, we recommend that you return the relevant item(s) only by a traceable method such as courier or trackable mail and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.

You acknowledge that the products require special maintenance in accordance with any care instructions displaying on the product.  We will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain the product properly as directed.

We reserve the right to decline any return where we consider the returned item(s) does/do not comply with these terms and conditions or you have otherwise not complied with these terms and conditions.

Product Descriptions

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on the Website. However, we do not warrant that the product description or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.  Please note that there is room for error and discrepancies in descriptions including sizing.  If you find a product you purchase through the Website is not as described, you are able to return it to us for exchange as outlined above.

Please note that the colours of product may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.

Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the stock allocation which was displayed at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our website.

 

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise (e.g. sale pricing) , the price displayed for products on the Website represents the retail price listed on the relevant product that has been either recommended by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated by us as an appropriate retail price.. Despite our best efforts, there can be incidents of mispricing.  If an item has been mis-priced at either more or less that than its correct price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and order, refund any payment and notify you as a result.

 

Use of this website

In order to shop through the Website, you may be required to register to use some of the features on this Site. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.  We may use that information to process your order and for marketing purposes by us or our affiliates.
